As Page told Rolling Stone, On the second LP, you can hear the real group identity coming together, by which he meant the unified might of his own white-blues devilry, John Bonham's hands-of-God drumming, Robert Plant's misty-mountain howl and John Paul Jones' firm bass and keyboard colors. Here is the Sly & The Family Stone Greatest Hits album on CD-but this one is remastered having sound that is far, far better than the previous CD issue. Every song is in stereo, while the previous CD of this album had two or three songs in mono. This remastered issue would make the previous issue totally obsolete. I never got to see Sly & the Family Stone live but I've heard stories. I have close to 1500 albumsCDs in my collection of mainstream artists and almost 2500 Indie artists and a radio in my truck that has a USB port.
