Notes

This is the Daily Mirror (UK tabloid newspaper) variant of the original game, distributed by Ronco, No Artist - They're Off!. The key difference is that 3 records are included in the Daily Mirror version, delivering a six race programme. The 3rd disc was available for the Ronco version as an add on purchase, offered via an order form in the box. This third disc enabled the complete "Daily Double" races (3 & 5) to be played.

"The great new Daily Mirror racing game"
"All the fun and excitement of a day at the races - in your home. Three LP records bring you a full six race programme. Eight runners in each race - any horse can win - but you never know which one!"

Orange label bottom left states "This box contains 3 - amazingly different L.P. records. They actually change nearly everytime you play them."

Eight parallel concentric grooves on each side of both records allow only random play of different recordings of each race where players are at odds in predicting the outcome in a 'full six race programme'.

Included in the box:
3 x LPs at 33 1/3 rpm
8 x starting price odds cards
4 x race cards with rules
1 x set of paper money in units of 100, 10, 5, 2 and 1
1 x set of win tickets
1 x set of forecast tickets
1 x set of place tickets
1 x set of banker's records.

Before Imploding the Mirage, theyd never made an album without founding guitarist Dave Keuning. It proved to be much more difficult than they imagined. When the Killers began work on their new album, Imploding the Mirage, they had virtually everything they needed: a batch of new songs, a seven-month break from the road, and a large home studio nestled away in Park City, Utah, where they could work and live without distraction. The only thing missing was their guitarist, Dave Keuning. He seemed to really get the musical sensitivities of the song right off the bat and just knew what colors to add
